"Everything is held together with stories. That is all that is holding us together, stories and compassion." -Barry Lopez
Writing a short haiku so I can make time for the important things:
Rainy afternoon
Perfect for napping and reading
and cookie baking!
Thanks for the Haiku! I did this last Sunday so I could post my photographs! I hope you had a nice day! Carol from The Apples in My Orchard
Love - sounds like a great Sunday.
Napping, reading, cookie baking. The only thing missing is the eating of those cookies! But I know, you only had so many syllables!
It sounds like a wonderful Sunday. Yum! :-) ~JudyK
You have me curious. What are you reading and what flavor were you baking?
Ooh - love your haiku Ramona. We share the same important things! Hope your baking was delectable. What type of cookie did you bake?
Mrs. Field's Chocolate Chip Cookies, half w/ walnuts, half without, 2 plates to share, and a container for the freezer.
Sounds like a perfect rainy day!Although for me, a rainy day and chocolate chip cookies together would be a little dangerous!
