for hosting this meeting place each day in March
and for nurturing our writing lives.
you're retired, but can't wait to present a workshop this afternoon.
I borrowed the #WildAboutTeachingWhen idea from Michelle, one of the bloggers I've met this month. Here are my top three connections to Michelle:
1. She's a fellow Oklahoman. I live in Washington, but Oklahoma will always be home.
2. She teaches middle school and loves it.
3. She includes chocolate in her mission statement - "Advocating for the growth and education for our nation's students. And chocolate."

Michelle may be new to our community, but she isn't new to blogging. A quick look at Mrs. Waters' English shows that she's an incredibly connected educator. I'm happy to add her to my PLC!
This is a nice shout out to Michelle and I like the idea for #WildAboutTeaching When. Fun!
ReplyDeleteYou are wild about teaching and always will be. Have a good workshop this afternoon, what's the topic?
ReplyDeleteThere are soooo many new bloggers, it's hard to make the rounds. I've stopped by but then lost my path, thanks for the reminder to get me in the right spot.
Everything You've Always Wanted to Know About Book Clubs
DeleteGood luck at the workshop! Hope you get to savor some chocolate after, too :)
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope you share your presentation. I'm supporting a fifth grade teacher as she begins using book clubs in her classroom. I'd love some ideas to share with her. Hope things went well and that you got some chocolate out of the deal. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful that you feel like you do, even in retirement. I am sure many have benefited from your expertise.
