NPM 2018: A Spring Day So Perfect!

National Poetry Month 2018
"Give praise with friends near and far,
flinging words to the sky!"
- Amy Ludwig VanDerwater

Today was an unforgettable, unseasonably warm, beautiful spring day in the Northwest. It made me think of the poem "Today" by Billy Collins and these opening lines:

"If ever there were a spring day so perfect,
so uplifted by a warm intermittent breeze..."

Click on the two lines to read the rest of the poem at The Poetry
Foundation.
